The Loop located in Hackney Wick is 3600 sq. ft.
It is located on the First Floor with staircase access only. This space can host up to a large amount of people.
Hackney Wick overground station is a 2 minutes walk.

Trowbridge Gardens is a 550sq ft (9m X 5.5m) open space adjacent to Thingy Cafe onsite and can be completely separate if needed. Thingy Cafe can also be hired separately if larger space is required.
The space can host up to 50 people depending on the event and use.

Palmers Green is approx. 400 sq. ft located on Green Lanes, N13 . on the Ground Floor (toilet and kitchenette are accessed via a staircase to the 1st Floor).
The site is accessible via an alleyway in the heart of Green Lanes which is a busy high street with many local shops and facilities nearby, and is surrounded by good public transport links.
Activities such as fashion workshops, fashion talks, pop up shops, fashion shows, commercial use, exhibition space etc.

We require a 25% of the hire fee as a holding deposit to secure the room(s). The reminder is to be paid 1 week in prior to the hire date.
We ask for a £250 deposit for any damages occurring during the event. This is to be paid 3 days prior to the date. The deposit will be refunded after the event, after deductions are made for any damages.
